Lead Louder VIP Day Terms

By booking your place at the Harvey Nichols Summer VIP Day, you are entering into an agreement with Lead Louder Transformation Limited.

Your booking gives you access to the in person VIP day at Harvey Nichols Bristol, 12pm to 5pm, on the date confirmed by us. The investment is £555. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

All payments are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your place to another suitable person or move your place to a future event, but this is not guaranteed. If we need to change the date, venue or format due to illness, venue issues or circumstances outside our control, we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

This event includes coaching, mentoring, energetic business strategy, money energetics, pricing, positioning, receiving work, identity work and personal reflection. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, financial advice or legal advice. You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, business decisions, finances and results. We will deliver the event with care, skill and professionalism, but we do not guarantee any specific personal, business or financial outcome.

You agree to behave respectfully towards us, the venue team and other participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, intoxicated or negatively impacts the group.

You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, parking, belongings and any other costs connected with attending the event. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to your personal property.

Confidentiality and NDA

This is a private VIP room and confidentiality is essential. By attending, you agree not to share, repeat, publish, record or disclose anything personal, private, strategic or commercially sensitive shared by Andrea, Lead Louder Transformation Limited or any other participant during the event.

You may share your own insights and experience from the day, but you must not identify, repeat or disclose another participant’s story, business information, strategy, personal circumstances, ideas or intellectual property without their clear consent.

No audio or video recording is permitted without written permission from us. Any materials, frameworks, exercises, processes or resources shared during the event remain the intellectual property of Lead Louder Transformation Limited and may not be copied, taught, sold, distributed or used in your own professional work without written permission.

We will also treat what you share in the room as confidential, except where we are required by law, safeguarding concerns or professional duty to disclose information.

By booking, paying for or attending this event, you agree to these terms.
