I've been coaching voice for 3 decades, starting life as a singer with a music degree where I studied to be an opera singer, I had nearly a decade of training which culminated in my losing my voice entirely for nearly a whole year.
I lost my voice exactly a week after being offered my first record deal....go figure.
During that year, I literally re-learned to speak again.....I went to speech therapy and rested my voice.
I also grappled with my identity as it went into crisis of not having my voice as my main self identifier and communication tool.
For YEARS following I became an expert at helping musicians, speakers and leaders find their voice and indeed recover their damaged and lost voices.
And along the way, over those decades that followed, I created a system which allowed leaders to OWN and STEP INTO their voices so they could relay their message and mission to the world with impact, confidence and congruence.
