The Aligned Coaching Academy wasn't created in a boardroom. It was created from thirty years of doing this work, from my own healing journey and from a methodology I developed first for myself and then for hundreds of clients, that proved again and again that real transformation happens when identity, skill and strategy align at the same time.

You’ll need time for live calls, study, peer practice and real client hours, this works out at around 4 hours per week as a baseline.
